We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and big. The hotel facilities were great, and the parking, although requiring an additional charge, was very convenient. The location of the hotel in the Agnano district was close to the center of this city. We easily reached the nearby subway station for transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. a great experience!

The rooms was ok and as they faced away from the street this a quiet place to sleep in spite of being located at a junction of a buzy road. For me the location of the hotel was perfect for my business during my visit to Naples

The bathroom could have been more clean and the wifi was very slow in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was far away from the airport and close to the oltremare exhibition. We were also pleased to find that there were several shops nearby, making it convenient for any shopping needs we had. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the air conditioning and in-room safe. The facilities, including the swimming pool and Wi-Fi, were also great additions to our comfortable stay.

For families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, we highly recommend this hotel.

Naples was a shit hole bags of it everywhere and stunk of piss a real shame we did Rome/Florence/Venice/Naples all great shame about Naples but worth it for pompeii

It was convenient. Tidy, excellent location if you are by car.

It had a swimming pool, but it was going to be opened only on 10 May. I choose this hotel particularly for its pool. The fact that is not open at the end of April was not indicated anywhere (at booking). We were there with our kid and friends (a couple). Still the room our freinds had was bigger and more comfortable. The chocolate maker machine was not functioning. The waiter was kind to make choco drink manually, unfortunately this was far from being appropriate. There were no vegetables served at breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of sweet and savory options. the room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel was quite far from the city center and required a lengthy train ride or walk to get there. the surrounding area was not well maintained, and we didn't feel very safe walking around at night.

The hotel recently underwent a makeover and the rooms were smart and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to deal with any problems. The food in the restaurant was superb and the breakfast offered a comprehensive choice. The maid service was efficient and not intrusive. The hotel grounds, although in need of sprucing up, had people decorating the front of the hotel.

The immediate locality of the hotel was run-down and not suitable for evening strolls. The outside areas of the hotel appeared to have seen better days.

It was in Pozzouli and that is it. Rooms were ok, bathroom small, dank and dirty. A/c was ok once you could figure it out. Breakfast ok although by Naples stds good. Staff were excellent though.

Position, nothing interesting near the hotel, metro works until 22h, too expensive taxi from the center to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Agnano district, close to shops and bus stops. You can easily explore the nearby sites from Sorrento. the rooms are spacious and nicely renovated, with balconies offering a sunny view. the staff is helpful and attentive, like Mr Genaro who personally assisted with any requests. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The limited dining options in the restaurant can be a drawback for some guests.

The exterior of the buildings looked tired and a bit scruffy, but there was renovation work being undertaken.

What I liked best during my stay at San Germano Hotel was the location, near to my buisiness and the possibility to have dinner very correctly.

The first night, my room was very cold because the heat system cannot be orientated and the air goes towards the top. The TV channels do not match with that it is written in the room documentation.
